The packaging is nice, I’m not too pleased with the hair, it’s not as full as anticipated, shipping was as expected. I will update how I feel about the hair in after I have worn it a couple of times.

OMG THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST! My hair arrived in 10days and even though I couldn’t track it the vendor never had a problem doing the tracking for me. I got exactly what I order and in a timely manner. The hair is super soft,only shed once after I plucked and washed the hair,AND ITS VERY BEGINNERS FRIENDLY! This was the first I installed my own hair and it was the best because I really did have to do anything but bleached the knots some more. The was this best vender hands down since I started shopping on this site! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND & WILL BE ORDER HAIR AGAIN SOON

My first time of purchasing a frontal wig, the description was good with exceptional customer service. Regular updates on the shipping process was provided, communication was fantastic. My package came in less than 5 business days despite the pandemic. I hope to upload pictures when I wear it and comment whether the wig is holding up or not. So far, the experience is good.
